The sadness surrounding the loss of so many beautiful Canterbury churches is highlighted in this poignant before-and-after slideshow of Canterbury heritage churches.

Our hearts go out to the many people who, with their families over many generations, worshipped in these churches, now mostly reduced to piles of rubble and bricks.
